How to Order

Orders can be placed by phone, email, fax, or mail.

When you call, we'll do our best to ensure you purchase the right edition for your event; we don't want you to spend more than necessary, or end up with the "wrong" edition. We are associated with small, frugal nonprofits, and we apply the same judgment to our client's event needs as our own.

The easiest way to place your order is to use our online order form, and indicate your preferred payment method on the form.

Invoicing?

If your organization needs an invoice in order to cut a check, we're glad to send a pro-forma invoice via fax or email. We ship on an invoice under the following conditions:

Signed check image has been faxed to us
or
A credit card has been provided to guarantee payment.

Order Form

An order form is provided for your convenience. You may fill it out online, or print it, fill it out and mail or fax it to us. You can also copy the electronic form and paste it into an email. (Please let us call you for the credit card number--email is not secure.)
